As per subject. Sample fail report: http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/87c8957e-cf01-11ec-87f3-a21cd95e5e19 ; diagnostics message:

Can't store CODE items at [...]/Cache/CacheUtils.pm line 67.

Drive-by-discovery: when LWP::Protocol::https is not installed, the test passes anyway; at least this is what I saw today; maybe the Wikipedia link should be changed to https and LWP::Protocol::https should be made a regular dependency?
